Shipping Costs

We only ship to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DPD, UPS, or a freight forwarder. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below. Special freight costs apply to bulky goods, the amount of which is indicated for the respective items. 

If you order several items from us in one order for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the entire shipment. 

Information on calculating the delivery date: The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution in the case of payment in advance, or on the day after the conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. 

If you would like to have your order shipped to another country outside the EU, please send us an email (info@taubenreuther.com) and let us know the item, the quantity, and the delivery address, including the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we must first check the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner. 

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees apply. Further information on customs duties can be found here, for example, and on import sales tax and specifically for Switzerland.
