The material used also plays a major role, especially compared to the original spring.To densify and relax the surface, all OME coil springs are shot peened after coiling and then powder coated.Since some vehicles have weight differences from right to left, OME springs are only supplied in pairs, sometimes with springs of different lengths for the right and left sides. In addition, many vehicles have the option of compensating for one-sided sagging with "trim packers".
